Personal trainer

This morning’s training session with Pernilla at P&T Kungsängen was very fun! 

We did lots of different exercises, mostly without weights, and counted how many I could do of each one. My favorite one was were  we used a big training ball. One of which was when I practiced balance by trying to sit on my knees with my upper body upright. It is a lot more difficult than one might initially think! 

Pernilla also made a list of useful exercises for me to do until our next season together, which is next week. 

This exercise program is for almost the entire body and there are exercises for arms, shoulders, chest, legs, butt, back, flexibility and balance. 

I am really enjoying the new help of a personal trainer and feel more confident at the gym.
