They were all treated with ultrasound and Popgun also got some akupunkture which he didn’t seem to mind at all. Susanne also showed us some new stretching excersises since he is still less flexible on one side and it is important that he is even.
Afterwards, Adam and I took them all for a walk. But our walk turned out to be more eventful than expected since Arshaq was running around in the pasture next to us and about 10 male pheasants decided to fly up out of the bushes in front of us.
This weekend it was also our turn to bring all 12 of the horses out in the morning, clean the common areas and feed them all breakfast lunch and dinner. So Adam and I just finished the morning and lunch shift and Mom will feed them all later tonight.
We also cleaned all 4 of our boxes and did the rest of all our usual chores. And I scooped away all the water from the puddles that were by the gate to the pasture.
There is a lot of work involved behind all the riding, maybe more than some people might realize. But it is worth it.
